Step 1: Make a list of all the food you have in your fridge, freezers & cupboards
Step 2: Make at least 1 weeks of menu plans trying to use as much of the food you have available
Step 3: Make a shopping list that including only foods that are essential
Step 4: Visit the Pantry to top up on items you need
